I have also paid for 12 months to export my files  to Word and Excel and all I get is an error message saying 'An error occurred while trying to access the service'.

I am tired of trying to get hold of the Customer Services as it just takes me round and round in circles back to this forum every time. It's been almost a week now and I would like to get my money back. (AD002734665UK)

Hi bmck11,

I would love to help figure out what's happening. I've checked your account, and it looks as though you tried to sign up for ExportPDF back on November 11, but the order didn't process. Is that the subscription that you're referring to? (Adobe doesn't offer a 12-month free subscription.)

If your credit card statement shows that you've paid for ExportPDF, I would like to suggest that you Contact Customer Care so they can help figure out why your order didn't go through.

If you signed up via an in-app purchase in Adobe Reader for iOS, then the subscription would've been handled by the Apple App store, and Adobe wouldn't have record of it. Any problems with your subscription would need to be handled via the App store.

I would still recommend that you contact Customer Care because there are two attempts to subscribe, and it looks as neither went through from what I can see. A Customer Care agent should be able to help you sort that out.

Best,

Sara
