PDF Extract. Pages missing during conversion

We are using Licensed version of Adobe PDF Services to convers a pdf file to csv. In one of our run we figured out the conversion totally missed one page from the PDF file. There are total of 18 pages in the PDF and one page is totally removed. I validated other converted pages but data is definately not in.

Tried to figure out the pattern but no luck yet. Once page is totally ignored and missed. Let me know if you need any other info.

Could you please let us know how you converted the PDF to .csv format?

Share the workflow you do and the PDF you are trying to convert. Share the converted .csv file.

Did you try converting the PDF again to check if it happens again?

Did you notice this behavior with other files?

Thanks for reaching back to us. We are implementing this to convert PDF to CSV. With the first version of file it worked fine with out issues. When we got the second version of the PDF file, this issue popped up missing entire page. Tried this multiple times and its same behaviour every time.
We used PDF Extract sdk for which we have a license and used that in our .net application. when our application is executed, we download the pdf file from web and we use the sdk to convert the file to CSV. When we tried to do the second version of pdf file it totally missed one page. It converted 17 pages instead of 18.
