PDF file with checkboxes won't convert the checkboxes. Please assist!

I need to be able to use the PDF file with checkboxes but when I convert, the checkboxes are all messed up.  What do I do?

    Hi Charlotte,

    Are you using the ExportPDF online service to convert the PDF file to Word format? Where those checkboxes created using a special font? If so, it could be that the font used to create them isn't available on the ExportPDF online service, and what you're seeing is font substitution.

    I would be happy to take a look at the document for you, to see if we can determine why the checkboxes aren't converting for you.

    Could you please let me know how have you been trying to convert the PDF and to which format.

    Also, check if the PDF fonts are embedded under 'File> Properties> Font'
