pdf files will not combine

Documents scanned to pdf (unsearchable) fail to 'convert' when uploaded to COMBINE FILES at Acrobat.com. This has worked without a hitch many times before. My account is current. Not sure what could be the problem. Ideas?

    Having the same issue.  This just started a few weeks ago, out of the blue.  I just posted my own question about this.  They obviously have a bug they're unwilling to fix (?).

    I have the same problem too and had no problems before. I thought it was the file type, but then I tried some old .pdfs and those didn't work. I hope it gets fixed soon!

    Thanks for the feedback. I chatted with a tech who said it was an issue with the files. No reason was given as to why it has never been a file issue before. His solution was to buy full Acrobat. Nice to know everything can be fixed with money!
