.pdf files won't upload to acrobat.com cloud. help?

I'm trying to upload docs to my cloud account, but they never finish.  The blue wheel just keeps on spinning with no confirmation of upload. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi kiel rucker,

    Are you still having trouble uploading files to cloud.acrobat.com? How large are the files, and what sort of connection do you have to the Internet? If you're still having trouble, please try clearing the browser cache and uploading the files again. If that fails, see if you better luck using a different browser.
