PDF Form button seems not recognized into Acrobat Fill & Sign

Hello,

We would like to fill out, a template of PDF form document, the application Fill & Sign is easy to use on iPhone for adding text into the form.

But, we have few buttons in the bottom of the PDF, when we click on them, instead of executing the action related, we get the "add text" box.

Also, we have a dropdown list, which is not working.

for info, this PDF is working fine on a PC.

Is the application "Acrobat Fill & Sign" the good one to use ? or there is another apps able to handle dropdown list and action button ?

Best Regards,

Manac'h Sébastien

Hi,

Fill & Sign does not support interactive fields - drop downs, links, buttons, multimedia

Try using the Adobe Acrobat Reader for iOS: Adobe Acrobat Reader: Annotate, Scan, & Send PDFs on the App Store

It does support drop downs and I think buttons but I am not sure of the level of interactive element support in Acrobat Acrobat for iOS (surely not all button actions would work) but it will be the best to try.  Make sure you do not click the "Fill & Sign" link in Adobe Acrobat, just open the PDF and start filling it in there.

Thanks,

Josh
