PDF forms sent not able to be filled in

Create Forms but not able to have it filled in when sent. Can someone help me to correct it.

    Hi christ4us,

    Please tell us a bit more about the issue you're encountering. How did you create those forms (Acrobat or FormsCentral, for example)? How are you distributing them (web or as as PDF)? And what happens when your recipients try to fill them in? Also, what are they using to fill the forms?

    If you can provide a few more details about the problem, we should be able to get to the bottom of things.
