PDF from TIF with OCR

TIF files are supported with mobile Acrobat.com PDF conversion service.

However, I miss OCR conversion and suppose that there might be a way to activate OCR conversion (incl. language settings).

Where to activate OCR conversion, eg from Acrobat.com (Web-browser)?

May be there exists a mobile solution (Acrobat.com, WEB-browser or App) to do OCR conversion from PDF as a second step, so to say to have scanned text as PDF and to get a new PDF which is OCR-converted.

I think PDF/graphics to PDF/OCR is not supported for mobile solutions, isn't it?
