PDF gets blocked when tries to convert the file

As per the description above, you are not able to export a Word document into Word document, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID, and using it you can easily turn PDF files into editable Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and RTF (Rich Text Format) documents.

You can export a PDF file into Word file, but you cannot export a Word file into Word using ExportPDF service. You can export a PDF file into Word using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
