PDF is not in English

I received in a zip file 4 PDFs from someone I regularly get files from. One of the 4 PDFs are in a foreign language. The sender says I should check my computer language settings. I did- its English & all the other files are in English. Why just this one & how do I correct?

I'm using Adobe Professional Ver 10
