PDF (non-scan) convert to Word = gibberish

I converted to Word .doc and .docx format. Both came out properly formatted with good graphic and gibberish:

It looks like you're running into some font issues with the conversion. To test, please try converting it via Reader, with OCR disabled. For instructions, please see How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.
