pdf not converting to word

I just purchased the converter but my pdf is not converting at all...I hit the "convert" button.  Then it says see converted files.  Yet, there are no files that have been converted to word???

Help me, please.

    Hi Heather,

    Are you converting your PDF files from within Reader? If so, you can find your converted files by logging in to https://cloud.acrobat.com with your user ID and password.

    If you're converting via the website, what do you see when you click the Files tab?

    Please let us know how that goes.

    Hello, Sara!

    Thank you for your speedy reply. I converted within Reader. When I access

    my account online and check under the file tab, the original PDF file is

    there.

    Oh my gosh, not a pain at all! Glad you found your files. (It's not the most intuitive that files you convert in Reader on your computer end up online!)
