PDF notes disapeared

I have been editing some pdf's for a few weeks, most of them where notes in class or during studying, I have an adobe.com account and I edit the pdf's on my iPad. I just discovered that everything I've been editing is gone. The pdf's are still there, but all my notes and marks are gone... I don't know how this happened, there is nothing wrong with my iPad and I didn't do anything. I just opened Adobe and a message came up that I wasn't connected to the internet and that I was logged out. When I logged in, I discovered they where gone. I am very annoyed by this and I don't think that I will keep using the adobe cloud if this isn't fixed... All my work of the past few weeks is gone... Can someone please help?

Thanks in advance,

Kelly

Hi KellyBl,

I am not sure what do you actually mean by Adobe.com. What is the name of the service or application that you have subscribed.

If it Exportpdf service it is online service and you have been online to update those notes to the cloud storage on your file.

I think i am not sure those note might have been temporarily stored on cache. While you connected to the internet those might have already been gone.

Or you online service might have refreshed your browser for new session it could be anything.

Any of  Acrobat.com service are not meant to store your notes offline.

I have a similar problem. I am doing notes with my pen from samsung tab A. When I save the notes sometimes they stay and sometimes they disapear. I am only using my adobe acrobat offline with this device. Why do the notes disapear and what can I do?
