I was able to adjust the pages in a PDF earlier today, now every time I try I get a box that says "Unable to process request". I've tried different browsers, same result. I have a plan that covers this feature.

We have checked your account using the email address used to sign in here in the Acrobat community. You do not have any Acrobat subscription listed under your account. We can see only the Photography plan on your account which does not include the Organize Pages feature provided on Acrobat Online.
It seems that you were using the free trial of the organize pages feature on Acrobat Online.
Not really, because if I was in a free trial (just started that day) the features should still work, correct? I'm not going to buy the full product if the free trial doesn't work!
By the free trial, I mean the one-time use of the Online features for free. As you were using the Acrobat Online account to organize pages, it can be used only once.
