PDF Pack
I bought PDF Pack and have spent hours just trying to figure out how to open a PDF document and then convert it to excel or word. Isn't there anyway to talk with a person at ADOBE?

As per the issue description mentioned above, you want to know how to convert pdf to excel using export pdf, is that correct?
-PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: Adobe Document Cloud
You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.
