Mon abonnement annuel à PDF Pack est payé. Dès que je veux utiliser une des fonctions, le message " S'abonner maintenant " revient systématiquement. Je ne peux pas utiliser le programme.

    Hi Michel,

    I looked at your account using the same email address that you use here in the forums and don't any order history. Did you receive a confirmation email from Adobe? Is it possible that you subscribed using a different email address?
