PDF pack combine Word and PDF files into one PDF document and its unavailable! How long is it unavailable as I need to get my documents to my clients.

I have a PDF pack so that I can combine Word and PDF files into one PDF document to send out to my clients. It was set up on Microsoft Edge but has since stop operating on laptop so now use google. Now when I want to combine it takes me to the prices page, so I log in, get to my PDF services and its unavailable! How long is it unavailable as I need to get my documents to my clients.
