PDF Pack convert to word

Hi there.

My PDF pack that I use to convert PDF file to Word has not been working for the last week.

I've tried all the troubleshooting tips.

The document will upload.  Then it tries converting for a bit, then it fails.

Anybody?

    Hi Gabe,

    Is the problem specific to one file? Or are you unable to convert any files?

    How large are the files that won't convert? Do they have a large number of pages or a mix of text and graphics? Are you able to convert successfully if you disable OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (O... | Adobe Community.

    Finally, have you tried both via the web interface and Reader?

    (It may be necessary for me to look at the files here--let me know if you'd be willing to send me one or two files that won't convert.)
