pdf pack is currently unavailable. The system is down. WHAT IS GOING ON????

You system has been down for over 5 hours now. What is going on???  I have a midnight deadline

Thank you for the reply. The system was down for over 6 hours. Will Adobe give some sort of incentive to keep their customers happy? At this point I would not recommend this product as a 6 hour collapse of a major website is unheard of in this day and age.
