PDF pack not a download

At no point during the purchase of the PDF pack was I informed it was only an online service, what happens if you can’t work online? It is also unreliable. I would like to cancel the service and have a refund.

    It's clearly mentioned in any page you'll find about it... If you don't want an online tool then you can purchase Adobe Acrobat, which is an application that you install on your local computer. However, if you don't have internet access you will need to get the "perpetual license" version, as the subscription version requires you activate it online from time to time. The classic version only needs to be activated once, and that can be done over the phone.

    Adobe PDF Pack is a bundle of Adobe Document Cloud services. With it, you can easily create, combine, organize, sign, and send PDF files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files.Yes, this is an online service, but couple of feature like Export, Create PDF can be used through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions
