Question

PDF Pack won't let me combine files

I have the Adobe PDF Pack and am trying to combine 2 files. Every time I click on combine, it opens a browser window and prompts me to purchase the pack. I'm already logged in and I own the pack. I even figured I would go through the process of signing up again to see what it says - it says I own the pack already. I've logged out and back in and closed it and opened it hoping it would clear out whatever issue it is having, but I'm still being sent to purchase the Pack every time I click on combine. Thoughts?

    Hey Caseys,

I have checked your account, and found that currently you have subscribed for Adobe Creative Cloud subscription which includes Adobe Acrobat DC application in it. And in past you had PDF Pack which works through Adobe Reader DC.

To combine files, are you using Adobe Acrobat DC or Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (free app)? Because both apps works with different subscriptions but the interface of both the application is exactly same.

You may check the exact name of the application you are working on? Open the app and see at the upper left corner-

If you don't have the Acrobat DC, then you may install it through the following link- Download and install Acrobat DC subscription

Hope this would resolve your issue.

    Regards,

    Akanchha
