PDF/Printer Issues

Although I can print out a word and other files, I'm unable to print out a pdf file. When trying to print out, a box comes up saying document could not be printed, then another box saying no pages were selected. Appreciate any help in knowing how to resolve this issue. Thanks

    Please try the following option in Adobe application:

    Navigate to Edit menu> Preferences:

    • under Documents set "view documents in PDF/A mode to never from drop down list.
    • under Security(enhanced) unmark box for "Enable protected mode at startup".
