PDF problem with cloud.

Question

When I use cloud (which seems to be the default area for pdf's), the only way I can get the file into my PC is to download.  The State of Michigan has a filter to show it is a downloaded file and will not accept my documents anymore.  Their filter says I could have used an outside file.  Just copying and pasting does not seem to work.  I need to get my files from the cloud and put them into my PC as pdf's without downloading!  How is that accomplished?

Hi John,If I understand correctly, you are trying to access the files uploaded on Document Cloud via https://cloud.acrobat.com/recent ? And want to save it in the "File Folder" of computer?If you would like to access the "Document Cloud" files locally on your computer, then you can access it through the desktop application Adobe Reader DC.Download Adobe Reader DC on desktop- Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions and you can access the files following the steps suggested in help article here- Where are my Adobe Document Cloud files?Regards,Akanchha
