Each month I need to send about 30 PDF's in three separate emails to my bookeeper who lives in another state....

These PDF's contain financial data and I need to send the files so that she can open the files up and post our data from said files

I would like to be able to do this so that she only has to enter one password to be able to open them up

Does Adobe offer a product that will allow me to do this?

    Hi BAmay 72,

Acrobat XI Pro has the feature to encrypt your PDF files with open password or permissions password.

With Open password, a user enter the password to open the PDF and with permission spassword you can control Print or Editing the PDF files.

Please see more information to subscribe Acrobat XI Pro https://www.acrobat.com/acrobatplus/en/home.html.
