PDF send error

Gentlemen- My customer # is 1452233-name C. Ben Brock.I have pdf send & track & since I have been

using Windows 10 the app that I have has not worked properly. Currently i get error message to

verify my e-mail address. Do I need to do a new update ? Please respond because what I have

right now is worthless!
