PDF Services down... AGAIN!!

This is the 2nd time this week that PDF Services is down! WHAT THE HECK?? Yesterday for 6 hours and now at least for an hour already. WHY and WHEN will this be restored??? This is not very good on your resume Adobe? Why do I pay for online services if I can't do my work?
