PDF Services not accessible

How do I fix this?

When I open adobe.com and the menu comes up, when i click on PDF Services I get a spinning wheel.  over an hour, Doesn't open.

I have rebooted a few times, did not help. This started happening a week ago, once, then more, and finally it won't open at all.
