pdf to docx for square check boxes on application form.

Question

I am converting a pdf to docx and the pdf has squares for checking the box in the pdf. But when converted it shows up like a little house or saw blade. How do I get it to keep the simple square as in the original pdf?

Hi Garyh,Sorry for the delay in response. Could you let us know if you are converting pdf using export pdf option available online?
