Question

PDF to Excel - Doesn't convert it a consistent format (or sometimes at all)

Hi,

Can someone please advise how this works? When I convert a PDF to excel, it is in a terrible format. I wanted to use this so I can save excel as a CSV file, therefore I need one transaction per line. This converts it with one transaction per line for some, multiple transactions per line for others, it really is all over the place.

A scanned PDF also doesn’t work, it doesn’t detect any data.

Anyone help?

Hello samantham8091205

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, PDF to Excel doesn't keep the formatting after conversion, Is that correct?

Please refer and try the solution from the following KB docs which discusses the similar issue and scenario Converting PDF to Excel and Retain Formatting  Link: https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1010569
