Pdf to jpeg conversion results in twisted lines

I converted a pdf file to jpeg using Acrobat online but the output jpeg file has few twisted lines and the lines are not aligned. Is this is known bug? or there any workaround for this issue?

Could you please share the screenshot of both the PDF and JPEG files created?

Did you experience this issue with other PDFs too?
