Ihave converted pdf file to word,the file has transferred to my documents,but windows say they will not let me access this file.Ihave not come across this problem before.

Hi brianh,

What happens when you try to open the file in Word? Do you get an error message (and if so, what is it)? Have you tried redownloading the file? (I wonder if the file may not have downloaded correctly.)

Please let us know what error message you're receiving (if any), and the version of Word that you're using, and we can take it from there.
