I converted a PDF to Word, but can't open the converted file. What am I doing wrong?

Could you please let me know if there is any error message you are getting when trying to open converted file?

Have you tried converting/ opening other files?

Are you using Adobe Reader's Export PDF option to convert pdf or this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
