PDF to word

Question

When I try to convert documents, the result is a mainly blank document with only the graphics showing and most text missing and the rest just unreadable  -eeeeee.........---------eeeeee etc!help!

Sorry to hear about your experience and delay in response from our side.

Are you getting the blank document only with such specific files which includes graphic or other files too? Is there a pattern or rest of the documents conversion output is fine?

If you are working on document cloud web then try the following steps to see if that makes a difference-

1- Use a different web browser to login on DC web https://documentcloud.adobe.com/

2- Try the conversion with a different file which contain only real text and see if that works.

3- Since export PDF service is accessible through the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application as well. So download the app and try exporting the file through it. https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/install-reader-dc-windows.html
