If the PDF were protected, it wouldn't have converted, so that's not the problem. Hmmm. It sounds then, like the browser is crashing when you try to preview the document on Acrobat.com?

Let's try these things for starters:

Clear the browser cache and try again.
Use a different web browser.
Download the file to your desktop and try to open it there.

Hi Jimbo1959,

Is it Word that is crashing or Adobe Reader when you try to convert a file? Do you receive an error message? If it's Word that is crashing, Microsoft is the best place to get an answer.

If the problem occurs when you convert files, let us know and we'll take it from there.
