PDF to Word failed....

Question

I've just purchased the PDF to Word software and saved a PDF file from the internet to my desk top. I used the software to convert the file to a word document and it has not been successful. I've tried this a number of time. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated

Hi juniort38425728,You might have purchased Adobe Export PDF subscription to convert PDF to word format. Please try signing in at "https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID credentials and then check again.Let me know how it goes. Regards,Anubha
