PDF to Word mostly converting to images

Most of the pages exported from PDF to Word are showing up as images (104 pages out of 164 are images), making the services useless. Is there any way to improve the results?

Hi Chrisl,

As explained that, most of the pages converted as image and rest are fine. So I assume that those pdf pages doesn't contain the real text.

There is a possibility that the pdf page contains images in it, so when you convert the images to word it remains in the images format. You can not edit them in word format as well, unless it's not real text.
