.pdf to xlsx Converter errors

I cannot seem to use the online converter to convert a .pdf to .xlsx.  In reader, it says "An error occurred while signing in."  When I try to use the online app, it only converts pg1 of 227.  Help!

Hello jasonm62704728

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above, you are not able to export a multi-page PDF file to Excel, Is that correct?

Please try to convert the PDF file to Excel using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password and see if this brings any difference.

As you mentioned, you are getting a sign-in error in Acrobat Standard DC, please sign out and sign back in with your Adobe ID and password and check for any pending updates of Acrobat from Help>Check for updates and try to convert the PDF file into Excel and see if this brings any difference.

Have you tried converting any other PDF file into Excel? Is the issue is with one specific PDF or with all the PDF? If specific to one PDF file, Is it possible to share the PDF file with us so that we can try it at our end? To share the PDF file, refer to How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.

I deleted page 1 to see if there would be any change.  After doing so, it didn't convert any data.  Can Adobe recognize text from non-text item?  It seems that the program saved the pages in the .pdf as pictures.
