PDF will not combine

I'm having an issue in that when I try to combine PDFs i get a message that is saying page cant be extracted or something like that. I'm not extracting.. i'm combining.

    Please let us know if you combine PDFs on Acrobat online or the desktop application.

    Share the screenshot of the error message and check if it appears with other files.

    If you use the desktop application, combine files on the Acrobat online account. Check if you experience the same behavior.
