Hi All

When I click 'Concert' the PDF does not upload and I get a brief flash of a square box frame on the screen.

I am logged-in and my subscription is up to date.

Hello Angus,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused, as per the description above you are not able to convert a PDF file, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription to Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. Please try to convert the PDF file using the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari, and see if this brings any difference.

If you are using the free desktop version of Adobe Reader and facing the issue, please sign out and sign back in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader. And check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from Help>Check for updates. Reboot the machine after the installation of updates(if any).

You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

If the issue persists, please share the following details:

  • Is it a Mac or Windows machine?
  • Are you using Adobe Reader or online service URL to convert the PDF file?
  • Is it happening with one PDF file or with all the PDF file?
  • Have you tried converting any other PDF?

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
