PDF won't convert

Whenever I use the convert option on my Adobe Reader, I get 2 messages. One message says that Reader is "Uploading file to Adobe ExportPDF online..." about a minute later I get an error.

I have paid for these services and they worked the day I made my payment, both the online conversion and the Reader Conversion, but now neither one will work.

Any Suggestions????

This error can occur when you try to convert from within Reader. Please try logging in to the web interface at https://cloud.acrobat.com.
