PDF - Word conversion issue

I have jused the convert program since september 2016, and I have paid until September 2018, but since the last update of Windows 10 it dosn´t work any more. When I click on the convert bottom nothing happens.

As per the description above, the text is not visible in the Word file which you converted from a PDF, Is that correct?

The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack, and using this  you can easily create, combine, sign and send files online. You can also convert PDF files into editable Word or Excel files.

• Could you please let us know if it is an issue with this particular file?
• Did you try to export/convert some other files just to check?
• Do you get any error message while exporting/converting PDF?
• If it is an issue with this particular file, can you share that file with us?

Please share the exact steps you did to export PDF. You may also try to export PDF online here https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf
