PDFlib blocks

I need to use the PDFLib block extensions in Acrobat DC. I cannot figure out how to get it installed without getting error messages saying that the plugin only works with certain Acrobat versions. Even though the documentation for the extension says it will work with DC.

Can anyone help?

    Contact the makers of the third party plug-in. And when you do, I recommend you give them details of the messages.
