Permission - Workflow Errors with Sharepoint Intergration

Starting on 4 days ago our Sharepoint/Adobe Acrobat intergration started throwing error 403's and a few "You may not have permission to access the SharePoint file being used in this workflow." on other files. Not sure what has changed as we were able to open the files before.


Any ideas on what I should check?

Please share the steps you do to open the file from SharePoint.

Were you able to view the files using the same workflow? Did you check if this is an issue with particular files?

It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of the steps you do.
