personalized send and track from outlook 2013 plug-in

Here is what I would like to happen with the Outlook 2013 plug-in

• When files are sent via Track & Send from an outlook email being composed AND there is only one recipient,  the recipient addresses would be used to generate personalized tracking

Is there any way currently to do this from within Outlook email send?
