Please could someone cancel my export PDF subscription as soon as possible?

    Hi DavidoC,

    I just tried to cancel your subscription for you, but it's currently in the middle of the billing process, so I can't act on it. I'll keep an eye on it, and check again in a day. Once billing is complete, I can cancel it for you (and you'll receive a partial refund).

    Hi Sara,

    The email said I would be billed in the next 30 days - that email was sent

    on the 15th of October.

    Therefore, I expect a full refund urgently as this was done well in advance

    of the proposed date.

    Please assist and confirm.

    Hi Dr. Cloete,

    I totally understand. Your subscription anniversary date is October 15, and unfortunately there's nothing I can do to move this along as it's processing. I would like to suggest that you Contact Customer Care--an Customer Care agent should be able to get this taken care of for you.
