PLease can someone help me? Computer rebuilt lost adobe cant down load cant read documents

I have been going round and round in circles for hours. I am not a tech person and cant understand the answers. I just had my computer rebuilt  - all i want to do is read a pdf document but its just coming up with a strang panel which has turned my document to gobbled gook.  I am in despair. This forum is the only option i am being given.

Please download and install the free desktop version of Adobe Reader from the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. You can use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.

For more troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

For garbled text issue, you may refer to Text is garbled in converted file | ExportPDF
