Please download and install the free desktop version of Adobe Reader from the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
Sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.
The record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF on your current Adobe ID. You can use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
