It's an ExportPDF membership. Joined 2 hours ago.  Nothing works in the Reader (accessing service problem) or Online (404 error).


IF I fail to get a satisfactory response by tomorrow, I will record these miserable experiences and you'll find it on YouTube.

Hi John,

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your new subscription. The order is still processing, which is why you're unable to access your subscription just yet. It can take 24-48 hours to process fully.

If you'd like, I would be happy to cancel your subscription and process a refund. (But, I'll have to wait until the order finishes processing).
