I have been trying to cancel my account for 30 minutes online.....there is no number to call and there is no link to cancel this trial account. In short, the OCR quality was extremely poor and I do not have time to correct the documents.
Trial versions do not extend themselves automatically to a subscription. You need to actively purchase it at the end of the trial version.
Therefore, there's nothing to cancel. If you're not happy with the application (which one is it, by the way?) just uninstall it.
