Please cancel my subscribtion of ExportPDF

Hi Adobe-Team,

I subscribed for ExportPDF because I wanted to try to convert a Latex-created PDF to Word-file, but it doesn't work.

When i subscribed it said within 30 days of cancelling, i will be refunded.

I tried already many times but I only managed to cancel the subscribtion for the next year. It always asks for the serial-number and I cannot find any serial number.

Please refund my subscribtion.
