Just started this program, im trying to convert a file to Microsoft word, but when it converts instead of being able to read it, its just a bunch of letters and numbers. What do I do?

    I'm sorry that your conversion isn't what you expect. Let's start by having you disable OCR as described in this document: How to disable Optical Character Recognition (OCR) when converting PDF to Word or Excel.
